At SoLoVision LLC, we prioritize your privacy and provide you with full control over your digital footprint. This guide outlines how you can permanently delete your data across our platform and applications.

Direct Account Deletion

The fastest way to remove your information is directly within our applications. Deletions performed this way are immediate and irreversible.

SoLoLink

Log in to your Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account, and select Delete Account.

SoLoVoice

Access your profile settings and use the Privacy & Security tab to initiate data removal.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you encounter any issues with in-app deletion or if you have data across multiple services and would like a comprehensive purge, you may contact our privacy team directly.

Please use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and provide the email address associated with your account(s).

Scope of Deletion

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently purged from our active systems:

  • Profile metadata (Name, Bio, Avatars)
  • Public links and landing pages
  • Audio recordings and voice fingerprints
  • Third-party API connections (OAuth tokens)

Note: Transactional billing records and invoices are retained as required by financial law and tax regulations. Anonymous analytics data may be retained in an aggregated format that cannot be traced back to you.
