To begin recording, ensure the SoLoRecall desktop client is installed. On the first launch, you will be prompted to grant Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions.

2. Configuration Options

Adjust your settings for the perfect balance of quality and performance:

• Resolution: Choose between Standard or High Definition.
• Frame Rate: Lower FPS (5-10) is recommended for general productivity to save storage.
• Privacy Filters: Quickly pause recording from the floating bar or desktop app to protect sensitive information.

3. Storage Management

SoLoRecall stores data locally before syncing. Ensure you have at least 5GB of free space for optimal performance.
