SoLoImageStudio Privacy Addendum

1. Local-First Processing

SoLoImageStudio is designed as a local-first application. Key privacy protections include:

• On-Device AI: Background removal and image upscaling tasks are performed by AI models running on your local hardware or your private server.
• Image Sovereignty: By default, your source and processed images never leave your infrastructure for processing purposes.

2. Information We Collect

If you enable hosted features (Accounts, History Sync), we collect:

• Account Data: Authentication identifiers managed via Supabase.
• Synced History: If explicitly enabled, processed images and metadata may be stored in your private Supabase storage bucket for cross-device access.
• Billing Info: Payment processing data managed by Stripe for "Pro" and "Business" tiers.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: For optional authentication, account metadata, and history storage.
• Stripe: For subscription management.

4. Data Retention

Local temporary files are automatically purged from the `uploads` and `outputs` directories on your server based on your configuration. Synced history follows the retention policies defined in your account settings.
