SoLo Social Studio Privacy Addendum

This addendum applies specifically to the SoLo Social Studio application and supplements the main SoLoVision Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect Specific to SoLo Social Studio

In addition to the information described in the master policy, SoLo Social Studio may collect:

  • Connected Account Data: Platform account identifiers, authorization tokens, and granted permissions needed to publish and sync data.
  • Content and Media: Draft captions, planned posts, media assets, and publishing metadata you upload or generate.
  • Scheduling Preferences: Posting times, timezone preferences, and workflow settings.
  • Performance Metrics: Engagement and reach analytics returned from connected social platforms.
  • Workspace Data: Team member roles, collaboration events, and activity logs.

2. How We Use This Information

  • Authenticate connected accounts and maintain API access required for publishing.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content workflows across supported platforms.
  • Generate performance dashboards and insight recommendations.
  • Provide AI-assisted caption and strategy suggestions.
  • Detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and support incident response.

3. Third-Party Integrations and Processing

SoLo Social Studio uses third-party services to operate core features:

  • Social Platform APIs: Such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other supported networks to schedule posts and retrieve analytics.
  • AI Providers: Such as OpenAI and OpenRouter for optional writing and optimization features.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Such as Supabase and cloud hosting providers for authentication, storage, and application operations.
  • Billing Providers: Such as Stripe for subscription and payment processing.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account configuration, scheduling data, and analytics in line with the master SoLoVision privacy policy and legal obligations. You may delete drafts and connected platforms in-app, and you may request account deletion for full removal from active systems, with backup deletion handled on standard retention timelines.

5. Your Controls

  • Disconnect any connected social account at any time from your settings.
  • Delete scheduled posts, drafts, and media assets you no longer want stored.
  • Request data export and account deletion by contacting support.
