SoLoDraw Privacy Addendum

Last updated: Aug 27, 2026

This addendum applies specifically to SoLoDraw and supplements the main SoLoVision Privacy Policy.

1. Local-First Document Data

SoLoDraw can open, edit, and export PDFs without an account. PDF bytes, markups, workspace state, thumbnails, reusable visual signatures, OCR results, recovery exports, and project packs stay on your device by default. A selected document is not uploaded unless you explicitly enable encrypted cloud continuity.

2. Accounts, Encrypted Cloud Continuity, and Recovery

SoLoDraw uses SoLoVision's shared identity service for optional sign-in and sessions. Cloud-enabled document content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before upload, and SoLoVision does not receive the document recovery key. Operational metadata such as account, membership, document, revision, role, timestamp, object-size, sync-status, and entitlement records is retained to authorize and synchronize the encrypted copy.

Removing local records does not delete the original file or operating-system backups. A cloud owner can delete the active encrypted cloud copy, while protected backup remnants may remain until the normal backup rotation completes.

3. Billing, Diagnostics, and Support

  • Stripe processes Pro checkout and billing-portal activity. SoLoVision does not store full payment-card details.
  • Privacy-bounded Sentry diagnostics remove request data, user data, breadcrumbs, and document-like exception text before transmission.
  • Support receives only the details and files you choose to send. Do not send a PDF or recovery key unless support needs it and you intend to disclose it.
  • Support records are retained while a request is active and as reasonably needed for follow-up, security, disputes, and legal obligations.

4. Your Choices

  • Use the local workspace without creating an account.
  • Enable, pause, resume, or delete cloud continuity per document.
  • Export local PDFs, workspace backups, and review records.
  • Manage collaborators and revoke document access as an owner.
