SoLoLink Privacy Addendum

1. Information We Collect Specific to SoLoLink

In addition to the information described in the master policy, SoLoLink collects:

• Music Content: URLs and metadata related to your music releases, albums, and playlists on third-party platforms.
• Analytics Data: Real-time tracking of visitor interactions with your links, including clicks, geographic location (country/city), device types, and browser information.
• Streaming Preferences: Non-identifiable data about which streaming services your audience prefers to use.

2. Third-Party Integrations & SDKs

SoLoLink interacts with several third-party streaming services and tools to provide its core functionality:

• Music Platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, and others to resolve and route links.
• Database & Auth: We use Supabase for secure data storage, authentication, and real-time database operations.
• Analytics: Our custom-built analytics engine processes visitor data to provide your dashboard insights.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

SoLoLink allows you to manage your data directly within the application:

• You can delete individual music links or entire campaigns at any time.
• You can request a full export of your data in JSON format through the Settings panel.
• Upon account deletion, all associated music links and analytics data are permanently removed from our active databases.

4. AI & Content Processing

SoLoLink uses AI-driven tools (such as OpenRouter) to assist in theme generation and music metadata discovery. These tools process the music titles and artist names you provide but do not store your private account information.
