SoLoVoice Privacy Addendum

This addendum applies specifically to the SoLoVoice application and supplements the main SoLoVision Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect Specific to SoLoVoice

In addition to the information described in the master policy, SoLoVoice collects and processes:

  • Audio Data: We process audio from your microphone or system to provide transcription and voice-over services.
  • Transcription Text: We store the text generated from your audio recordings to allow for editing, refinement, and history tracking.
  • Voice Selection & Customization: Non-identifiable data about your preferred voices and speech settings.
  • AI Content Metadata: Logs related to AI-driven enhancements (e.g., Gemini refinement) to improve service reliability.

2. AI & Third-Party Processing

SoLoVoice utilizes advanced AI models to provide its core features. Your data may be processed by:

  • ElevenLabs: To provide high-quality Text-to-Speech (TTS) and voice cloning features.
  • OpenAI & Google Gemini: To power our transcription engines and AI-driven content refinement.
  • Supabase: For secure storage of your transcripts and account data.

Note: We do not use your personal audio recordings or transcripts to train our own AI models.

3. Data Security & Storage

We prioritize the security of your voice data and transcripts:

  • All transcriptions are encrypted at rest via Supabase.
  • Audio data processed for real-time transcription is typically deleted immediately after processing unless you explicitly save it to your history.
  • Data Retention: Free/Trial account history is retained for 90 days. Unlimited subscribers retain history indefinitely while active. After a subscription expires, data is held for a 90-day grace period before permanent deletion.
  • You have full control over your transcription history and can delete individual entries or your entire record at any time.

4. Your Control Over Data

SoLoVoice provides tools to manage your digital footprint:

  • Access and export your transcription history within the Settings panel.
  • Request permanent account deletion, which wipes all associated transcripts and voice settings from our production databases.
