Run secure quick-support and authorized unattended support workflows across customer organizations with tenant-aware policies, device records, and session history.

Technician login or access issue

  • Confirm you are signing in through the hosted SoLoSupport login and using the expected SoLoVision account.
  • Ask an owner or admin to verify your technician profile, tenant access, and customer organization scope.
  • If access still fails, include your account email, tenant name, and the route that redirected or denied access.

Host Agent or session connection issue

  • Check that the customer device shows online in the technician console and that the Host Agent service is running.
  • For quick support, verify the session code has not expired and the user has accepted the session prompt.
  • Include the device platform, session ID or code, visible ICE/connection status, and any Host Agent support bundle details.
