Microphone not detected

  • Select the correct input device in Settings → Audio and test the level meter.
  • Grant microphone permissions to SoLoVoice in your operating system privacy settings.
  • Reconnect USB devices and relaunch the desktop app to refresh hardware access.

Audio not playing

  • Choose a voice profile from the Library tab before previewing playback.
  • Verify your system output device is active and not muted.
  • Toggle offline mode off—SoLoVoice needs an internet connection to render neural voices.
