Plan or readiness issue

  • Open Today and confirm your sleep, energy, soreness, pain flag, and time-available check-in values.
  • Review Plan to see whether a missed workout was redistributed instead of crammed into the next hard session.
  • If the recommendation still looks wrong, include your goal, available days, equipment, and the exact coach note when contacting support.

Workout log or data request

  • Open Train and confirm the recent log appears with the expected modality, metric, and effort.
  • Use Admin Health in the web alpha to export or delete local data.
  • For hosted accounts, contact support with the account email and whether you need export, correction, or deletion help.
