SoLoImageStudio Terms Addendum

These terms apply specifically to the SoLoImageStudio application and supplement the main SoLoVision Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

SoLoImageStudio is an AI-powered image processing workbench. Services include:

High-fidelity background removal (rembg/U²-Net).
AI-powered image upscaling (Real-ESRGAN).
Interactive mask refinement with Magic Brush (Segment Anything).
Local-first execution and optional cloud history sync.

2. Usage Rights and Content

You retain all rights to the images you process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and modify the images you upload. You agree not to use the service to process unlawful or infringing material.

3. Model Weights and Infrastructure

SoLoImageStudio downloads specific AI model weights upon first run. You are responsible for providing the necessary hardware (CPU/GPU) and internet bandwidth for the initial setup and ongoing processing. Performance varies based on your local infrastructure.

4. Billing

Paid plans enable increased history retention, higher resolution limits, and commercial usage licenses. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and follow the standard renewal and cancellation terms in the master SoLoVision TOS.
