SoLo Social Studio Terms Addendum

1. Services Provided

SoLo Social Studio is a social media workflow platform for creators and teams. Features may include:

• Content planning boards and publishing calendars.
• Drafting, scheduling, and cross-platform post publishing.
• AI-assisted caption, tag, and content variation generation.
• Creative asset organization and team collaboration workflows.
• Performance reporting and engagement insights.

2. Connected Accounts and Platform Rules

To publish content, you may connect third-party social platforms. You agree to:

• Maintain valid credentials and required permissions for each connected platform.
• Comply with all terms, developer policies, and community standards of connected platforms.
• Accept that revoked permissions or platform API changes may limit or disable certain features.

3. Acceptable Use Rules

In addition to the master acceptable use policies, SoLo Social Studio users agree not to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Operate abusive automation, spam campaigns, or coordinated manipulation.
• Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security restrictions.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features may be offered through subscription plans.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized billing provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Plan changes and cancellation take effect according to the selected billing interval.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or stated in writing.

5. AI-Assisted Features

SoLo Social Studio may provide AI-generated suggestions for captions, tags, and publishing strategy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication and for ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain drafts, schedules, connected-account metadata, and analytics in accordance with the master SoLoVision policies. You may request account deletion, after which data is removed from active systems and later removed from backups based on standard retention windows.
