SoLoDraw Terms Addendum

1. Services and Acceptable Use

SoLoDraw provides a local PDF workspace with optional encrypted cloud continuity, collaboration, subscriptions, downloads, and support. You retain ownership of your documents and markups and are responsible for having the rights needed to open, modify, share, and export them.

Do not use SoLoDraw to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, security, access controls, or another person's rights, or to interfere with the product or its supporting services.

2. Document, Redaction, and Signature Responsibility

Review exported files before relying on them. Visual signatures and approval records are workflow markups, not certificate-backed digital signatures. A black shape is not a redaction. Use SoLoDraw's permanent redaction export and verify the exported copy before sharing sensitive material.

3. Cloud Continuity and Recovery Keys

Cloud continuity is optional and client-side encrypted. Keep recovery keys secure and share them separately from invitations. SoLoVision cannot decrypt a document or restore access when every valid recovery key is lost. You are responsible for collaborator access and for retaining appropriate local or exported backups.

4. Subscriptions, Availability, and Updates

• Local editing is available without a paid subscription.
• Pro plans renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled through the billing portal or applicable app store.
• Online services can be interrupted. Keep local or exported copies of important work.
• Install trusted updates from official SoLoDraw channels and review final documents before relying on them.
