1. Services Provided

SoLoLink provides a smart-linking platform designed for music creators. This includes:

• Creation of customizable landing pages for music releases.
• Intelligent routing to various streaming platforms.
• Real-time analytics and audience growth tools.
• AI-assisted theme and design tools.

2. Acceptable Use Rules

In addition to the master acceptable use policies, SoLoLink users agree not to:

• Use the service to promote illegal content or distribute malware.
• Engage in "click farming" or artificial inflation of traffic metrics.
• Attempt to scrape or reverse engineer the link-routing logic.
• Misrepresent ownership of music or artistic intellectual property.

3. Subscription & Billing

SoLoLink offers several tiers of service, including a free tier and "Pro" subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are handled securely via Stripe.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Third-Party Platform Rules

Use of SoLoLink involves interaction with music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you link to through our service.
