Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Authorized Use
SoLoSupport may be used only for legitimate support, administration, diagnostic, and maintenance activities that the customer organization, device owner, or authorized administrator has permitted. You may not use SoLoSupport for covert access, surveillance, credential theft, malware delivery, or unauthorized control of any device.
2. Tenant and Technician Responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate technician access, maintaining accurate customer organization records, configuring tenant policies, reviewing audit logs, and ensuring their use of session recording, file transfer, clipboard, and unattended access features complies with applicable law and customer agreements.
3. Host Agents and Remote Sessions
Host-agent downloads, enrollment links, quick-support session codes, and unattended access grants are sensitive operational controls. They may not be shared outside the intended organization or used after access is revoked. Users must respect visible prompts, policy controls, session banners, and recording notices.
4. Availability and Diagnostics
Remote desktop quality depends on customer device health, network conditions, firewall policy, WebRTC connectivity, TURN relay availability, and browser or operating system permissions. SoLoVision may collect operational telemetry and support bundles to diagnose connection and host-agent issues.
5. Deletion and Records
Account and tenant deletion requests may be submitted through support. Some security, audit, billing, backup, legal, or compliance records may be retained when required to protect users, investigate abuse, or satisfy contractual and legal obligations.
