SoLoVoice Terms Addendum

1. Services Provided

SoLoVoice is a professional audio productivity suite including:

• High-fidelity Text-to-Speech (TTS) using advanced AI voices.
• Real-time and file-based audio transcription.
• AI-driven content refinement and editing tools.
• Voice cloning and customization (subject to strict identity verification).

2. Acceptable Use Rules

In addition to the master acceptable use policies, SoLoVoice users agree:

• Prohibition of Deepfakes: You may not use SoLoVoice to create deceptive audio content for the purpose of impersonating individuals without their express consent.
• No Illegal Content: You will not use the TTS or transcription services to process content that violates local, state, or federal laws.
• API Usage: You will not attempt to bypass our API limits or use the service for mass-automated spam generation.

3. Subscription & Billing

SoLoVoice offers usage-based tiers and fixed-subscription plans:

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the Dashboard.
• Usage-based "character credits" for TTS are non-refundable once consumed.
• Refund requests for subscriptions are governed by our master Refund Policy.

4. Fair Use Policy

The "Unlimited" transcription plan is intended for individual professional or personal use. To ensure a high quality of service and infrastructure stability, we apply a Fair Use Policy:

• Individual Use: Unlimited access is granted to a single human user. Account sharing or automated use via bots is strictly prohibited.
• Usage Monitoring: We monitor for extreme usage patterns that exceed typical individual professional requirements.
• Throttling & Suspension: SoLoVision reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in persistent, high-volume automated processing that impacts system performance for other users.

5. Data Retention

We provide the following data retention guarantees for transcription history:

• Free/Trial Users: Transcription history and metadata are retained for 90 days from the date of creation.
• Unlimited Subscribers: History is retained indefinitely as long as your subscription remains active.
• Post-Cancellation: Following a subscription cancellation or plan expiration, data is retained for a grace period of 90 days before final deletion from our production databases.
• User Deletion: You may delete individual records or your entire history at any time via the SoLoVoice Dashboard; this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. AI Provider Compliance

By using SoLoVoice, you also agree to comply with the acceptable use policies of our underlying AI providers, including ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Google.
